They are shown navigating exhausting work schedules, family responsibilities, demanding patients and the lack of recognition that often accompanies their profession. She revealed that she was attending a film premiere at a cinema when phones throughout the audience began ringing. Ranaut revealed that the project was originally titled Nurses of Cama, directly reflecting its subject matter. As development progressed, however, the team felt the story represented something broader than a single institution and wanted a title that better captured the spirit of ordinary citizens performing extraordinary acts.

They eventually settled on Bharat Bhhagya Viddhaata, only to discover that the title had already been registered by John Abraham.

According to Ranaut, obtaining a registered title is often a complicated process within the industry, as producers are typically reluctant to part with titles they own. However, after approaching Abraham, the matter was resolved remarkably quickly. She disclosed that he agreed to transfer the title within a day and did so without charging any fee.

The actress publicly thanked Abraham for what she described as a rare act of generosity, noting that such gestures are uncommon in the film business.

Seven-Year Journey to Reach the Screen

Writer-director Manoj Tapadia also used the occasion to reflect on the lengthy development process behind the film.

He revealed that the screenplay had been with him for several years and that Kangana Ranaut was always his preferred choice for the lead role.
